- Do a valuation (this is important as you need to know the current value of your property)
- Don’t have a lawyer? (we can assist with an Attorney at a preferential rate)
- Settle all Utility bills and maintenance fees (in a gated community) associated with the property
- Ensure all property taxes are up to date
- Check for any Caveats (A lawyer can assist)
There will be associated government charges and miscellaneous fees but that will be explained by the lawyer.
